• Match the diameter to the sizing chart below to find your perfect fit

• Wrap a strip of paper or a thin thread around the base of your finger

• Mark where the ends meet

• Measure the length in millimetres , this is your finger’s circumference

• Use the chart to match the measurement to the correct size

• Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly larger

• Avoid measuring when your hands are cold , they tend to shrink

• If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort, especially with thicker bands
